ABOUT THE ARTIST

 I am a self-taught watercolor artist, working at my craft since 2011. I waded into the waters of color with the encouragement of my stepson, a professional graphic artist. In my painting, I seek to capture a moment and place in which nothing out of the ordinary is happening. My desire is to portray the quiet spirituality that imbues daily life, if we are of a mind to pause, however briefly, to observe and listen.
